La Vigna Summerhouse & La Vigna Winterhouse

This elegant spacious and sunny house (160 m2, 3500 m2 grounds) is suitable for 6 people and a baby, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets. All bathrooms have walk-in & rain showers. The house consists of 2 parts, the old part with 2 levels and the new part which is connected by a sliding door.

Around the house you will find several nice places to sit, relax and admire the view:

  • The poolhouse with a BBQ on the terrace, chairs, inside a kitchen and refridgerator, toilet, shower and a small living room where you can read or play a game. An ideal cool place during summertime.

  • The spacious veranda, the meeting point around the big table with view over pool and olivetrees.

  • The patio, an intimate green area, where you can drink your espresso in the morning or where you can escape the summer heat.

  • The grounds, seats & loungers under the figtrees or olivetrees, with beautiful views over the mountains.

Reviews

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday. Often visited the Lake St. Croix, which was the kids' favorite. Swimming, with the pedalo in the Gorges du Verdon. The house is superb, especially the terrace where you can sit and relax all day long.

Family
Friends of us were in de neigbourhood and suggested us La Vigna. We are planning to spend some time in France during the winter. This holiday villa seems perfect.

Older couple
This holiday house is ideal for a small group of friends. Good size kitchen, spacious veranda with beautiful view. It is wonderful to spend time here together, enjoying the 'French live'. We will certainly book again.

The new part

  • a very spacious L-shaped living/dining room with open kitchen area (65m2), open fireplace, flatscreen HD television, with French doors to the spacious veranda (40m2)
  • bedroom with French doors to veranda, with shower and basin, separate toilet
  • on the other side French doors to the patio
  • this part has geo-thermic floor heating, very cosy in the colder months
  • the new part can be closed off, so two people can be very comfortable, also during wintertime

The old, renovated part of the house

  • first floor: bedroom (one double bed with bathroom and toilet)
  • ground floor: bedroom, two separate beds, with French doors to the patio. This room can be used as ‘family’ room, with television and DVD-player
  • bathroom and toilet to be accessed through the hall
  • same for so-called buanderie, separate room for washing machine, dryer etc.
  • all rooms in the old part are equipped with electric heaters

During the summermonths you, your family and friends will enjoy this spacious, elegant house and grounds.
The heated pool is great for games, for laps and for relaxing ‘avec les pieds dans l’eau’ (your feet in the water).
You can swim from May until October.

La Vigna Winterhouse

During the colder months you will enjoy the comfortable floor- underheating and the great big open fireplace, the spacious well equipped kitchen and the veranda where the sun is shining.
The winterlight in Provence is unsurpassed and from the living room or bedroom you will enjoy the lower sun shining over the olive trees.
